Terms and Conditions:

• All dogs and people that use Beechwoofs do so at their own risk. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for any injury, illness, damage/loss of property or death sustained by any person(s) or dog(s) whilst using the facility.

• Please be aware the dog field is in the proximately of horses and owners must ensure their dogs do not cause fear, injury or stress to other animals on site at any time.

• The field is a natural amenity and therefore ground conditions may not always be perfect. Please be aware of slippery surfaces, animal burrows etc and wear suitable footwear for the conditions.

• Please do not allow your dog to dig in the field.

• Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times.

• Please clear up after your dog and use the dog poo bin provided. This must be completed PRIOR to the end of your session.

• Please do not litter. Rubbish bins are available near the equestrian centre and toilet block.

• Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24hrs in advance. Refunds will not be given for cancellations or no-shows.

• Staff reserve the right to access the field at any time.

• If you have a highly reactive dog, please let us know in advance of booking, This way we can organise a suitable time for your dog to attend safely.

• Dogs must remain on lead at all times when outside the secure field.

• Please arrive and depart the field on time to ensure no crossing. If you arrive late your hire time will not be extended. Please do not approach the field gate until it is your hire time.

• Please ensure the gate is secure at all times.

• Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the security of the field and regular inspections are carried out, it is possible there could be damage to the fence. Please report these immediately if seen. We will not be held responsible or liable for dogs that escape the field in any way.

• Dogs must be up to date with worming and vaccinations.

• Any dog that has been ill or shown signs of illness within the 48hrs prior to a hire is not permitted to attend. Please contact us to reschedule.

• Do not leave your dog unattended in the field at any time. You are responsible for your animal at all times.

• Please be considerate of other people and animals on site. Excessive noise is not tolerated.

• No smoking, fires or barbecues are permitted.

• Non-compliance with these conditions may result in future bookings being refused.
